(1) To promote the program of the fund, the fund will appoint one volunteer or supporting organization in each seventy-five districts.
(2) When choosing volunteers or supporting organizations, local people or organizations will be selected based on their characteristics such as the ability to develop projects, be able to operate at the local level, and be able to conduct training programs.
(3) The appointment of volunteers or supporting organizations will be done for a period of time by providing the facilities specified in the contract.
(4) Volunteers or supporting organizations shall be accountable to the fund.
(5) Volunteers or supporting organizations should conduct orientation programs, project development related training and other promotional and awareness programs to promote the program according to the purpose of the fund.
